Alice in Chains are taking a short break from the working ontheir new album. Jerry Cantrell said they had been working for months and just need a break is all. He went on to say that they have a lot of music written but our still trying to figure out where William Duvall fits in. Duvall is the man trying to replace the late and great Layne Staley as the lead singer. Major shoes to fill but I wish them the best of luck and hope they make a stop here in the Nati in the future!

Velvet Revolver is still in search of their new lead singer to replace Scott Weiland and they say that it is coming along nicely. This time they know what they are looking for as opposed to when the band started cause they didn't know how they would sound. They've listened to thousands of demos and would actually hope that they can find an unknown to front the group... lord knows it didn't work out with an already famous singer.
